All you have to do is call the hospital, and then ask if Dr. so and so is available. Chances are that if things start to check out true that you are dealing with a legit party.

The good thing about these companies is that you can get all of the information that you need without having to do anything but pay. But the problem with getting a professional background check from a company is that they will usually need a lot of information from you. In addition to a full name, many background searches also require a social security number. And it is safe to say that this is not exactly easy to get from somebody who you just met.

Any information that you can obtain about somebody before you move forward in the dating process can be valuable. Even if you have to investigate on your own, you should do what you can.
